About this event
A 2018 report from the National Low Income Housing Coalition says Bloomington, IN has the most expensive housing in the state. Likewise, Palo Alto’s housing prices have been sky-high for decades. Both cities, especially of late, have focused their attention on affordability and access to housing and both have recently published their housing plans.
Sibling Cities USA invites you to a virtual town hall – Sunday, October 13, from 4-5:30pm – to discuss how both communities are tackling affordability, access, and homelessness.
What to expect at the Town Hall?
- Hear how both Cities are developing programs and strategies to tackle housing for all.
- Engage with representatives from both communities with your ideas and responses.
- Connect with community members in both Bloomington and Palo Alto who feel passionate about housing needs and solutions.
