In a letter prepared by the Monroe County Branch of the NAACP, the organization "strongly condemns the recent takeover of the Indiana University Board of Trustees by Governor Mike Braun and the systematic dismantling of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts across the university.
