The Indiana state League (LWVIN) is a member of the Hoosiers for Community Solar Coalition, and as such we are happy to be a co-sponsor of Renewable Energy Day at the Statehouse on Tuesday, January 21, 9:00 am-3:00 pm. Please join us on this free day of action to promote policies that can make clean, affordable solar power more available to all Hoosiers. You can learn more and register here.
The day will include a rally, a renewable energy fair, a free lunch, and meetings with our legislators to urge them to support a renewable energy future. The energy fair will include personally useful information; for example, about how to go solar and how to choose an electric vehicle, as well as opportunities to learn about the work of a wide range of organizations addressing climate solutions.
