Every year in late January, the Indiana state League sponsors "League Day at the Statehouse." The original event was rescheduled after the January day ended up as a "snow day." So, this year, the event will take place on Wednesday, March 22, 9:30 am-3 pm ET, with all attending League members meeting at 9:30 am. Lunch will be at the State Library at 11:30 am-1:00 pm. This event is for League members only.

This is your chance to talk directly to your legislators. Typically, local members interested in attending are organized into small groups, often along with members of the Brown County League. Then, meetings are set up with appropriate legislators and topics of interest are compiled. Meetings with legislators can be scheduled between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. During lunch, issue advocates from partner organizations will be available at different tables to bring members up to date on legislation we’re following.
